  1. What to Bring

    Insurance card (if applicable), referral letter from your physician, and any prior medical records or test results.

  2. Registration

    First-time patients register at the front desk with contact details. Returning patients can check in with their patient number.

  3. Arrival Checklist

    Arrive 15 minutes early. Know your appointment time and department. Bring a list of current medications and allergies.

  4. What to Expect

    Triage or registration → consultation with your specialist → any ordered tests → pharmacy or follow-up scheduling as needed.

  1. Book through website

    Create an account, select your doctor or service, choose a date, and wait for SMS confirmation before travelling to the hospital.

  2. Book by Phone

    Call our main line 8175 . Our appointment desk is available during outpatient hours: Mon–Sat, 8 AM – 5 PM.

  3. Walk-in Visits

    OPD accepts walk-in subject to specialist availability. Emergency department accepts all emergencies without appointment.

    On-site pharmacy, cafeteria, parking, WiFi, ATM, and prayer room. Interpreter services available on request.

  4. Meals & Nursing

    Scheduled meal times for inpatients. Use the bedside call system to reach your nursing team at any time.

  4. Raise a Concern

    Speak to the ward manager or contact our Patient Experience team. We take every concern seriously and respond promptly.
